Pal Thompson, founder of
PAL-CON, Ltd. began his career in the Plant and Pipeline
Industry. In 1979, after years of experience in the pipeline
industry, Pal began working with all types of Gas Turbine
Regenerators. In 1995, Pal established PAL-CON with his wife
Myrna. In 1999 PAL-CON incorporated and became PAL-CON, Ltd.
Since that time Pal-Con,
Ltd. has launched itself into being one of the most
well-known companies that repairs, maintains, and
manufactures Gas Turbine Regenerators.
In 2007, we opened our new headquarters in Stephenville, TX,
a 75,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility located on 18
acres, that allows us to do manufacturing of our Pal-Tex
Regenerator in-house.

have years of experience, not only working in this field,
but also working with each other. Each person has their own
field of expertise, and also works efficiently with his or
her fellow employees.
In order to maintain high standards for our employees,
Pal-Con, Ltd. has an Operator Qualification Program in
place, and is a member of Veriforce and PEC/Premier Safety
Management, Inc.
