Safety Meetings
Weekly Safety Meetings are conducted at the shop and onsite.
Complete Training Programs are given to every employee for
each task. The variety of services we provide and diversity
of environments in which our team members work makes
occupational safety and health a priority at PAL-CON. We are
committed to providing a safe environment for our team
members as well as our customers and the general public whom
we serve, and continuously strive to integrate safety in our
business decisions, plans and operations. PAL-CON has the
experience and resources to address the safety and health
issues that arise in virtually every industry type.

Drug & Alcohol Policy
PAL-CON, LTD. is also an
official Drug Testing Collection Site. Official qualified
collectors are: Teri Allhands and Lance Pendley.
PAL-CON, Ltd.
is a member of the Pipeline Consortium. We require
pre-employment drug testing and current employees have
random drug/alcohol testing.
Pipeline Testing Consortium, Inc. (PTC) is a company that
provides administration of federally mandated Alcohol and
Drug programs which includes full service in regard to
meeting the Department of Transportation regulations. Our
company is recognized by several major pipeline companies
for our commendable service to not only the pipeline
contractor, but to the pipeline operator as well.
PAL-CON, LTD. is an official collection site, with (2) two
certified collectors. PAL-CON, Ltd., always has a certified
